At Art Infynyty, we are committed to providing the best service possible, from the creation of your order to its delivery.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery typically takes5–7 business days for the USA and European countries. Delivery times for other regions may vary.
• Tracking details will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.
• All shipments are sent via express services through DHL and FedEx. Please note that providers may change without prior notice.

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processed.
• If an order is already prepared, a 50% cancellation fee will apply as all items are made to order.
• For changes, please contact us immediately via email. Changes can only be made if the order has not entered processing.

Billing and Import Fees

• Shipping charges cannot be billed to a receiver’s account or a third-party account.
• Any additional fees, such as taxes, processing, or brokerage fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please review your country’s customs policies before placing an order. Art Infynyty is not responsible for items held or confiscated by customs.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibility

• Art Infynyty is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, including local delivery errors or international customs issues.
• If a package is returned to Art Infynyty after multiple delivery attempts, it will be resent at the customer’s expense. Any fees incurred from the return will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

Customs, Tariffs, and Taxes

• Art Infynyty is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on international orders.
• Orders shipped to the USA or Canada typically do not incur additional duties or customs charges.
• Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
